1. What is the Online Appointment
Service?
The Online Appointment
Service provides an additional method for scheduling an appointment
before you visit Omaxe Customer Care office. Appointments service is
available 24/7 and can be scheduled up to 30 days (max) in advance with Customer
relations representatives.
You can schedule an appointment two working days (min.) in advance from
desired date of appointment. For example: On 25th Jan, appointment
can be scheduled for 28th Jan* & Onwards
but upto 25th Feb.
*Subject to National Holidays, Sunday and Second Saturday of every month
2. What are the services available through online appointment service?
You may currently enjoy the following services,
although there will be enhancements and additional services in the near future.
a. Option to Schedule an appointment 24/7
b. Option to View the existing/scheduled appointment(s)
c. Option to cancel the existing/scheduled appointment(s)
d.
Facility to Save & print acknowledgement of scheduled appointment
“Appointment Token Slip”
3. Who can use Omaxe Online Appointment Service?
Omaxe existing Customers who
need to visit Omaxe Customer Care office can use this online appointment
service.
4. Will I have better access to appointments by
using the Internet versus using the call on Toll free No.?
No, appointment availability is the same for either method. Customers having
internet accessibility can directly schedule an appointment at his/her ease or
may call Omaxe Call center at 1800-102-0064 [Toll
free] to schedule an appointment.
5. Are appointments available at all Omaxe offices
(including regional offices)?
No, In First Phase the Online Appointment System will allow you to Schedule an
appointment at Omaxe Head Office, Kalkaji New Delhi.
6. What do I need to bring to my appointment?
a.
Token No.
(Generated during submission of online
appointment or given by Omaxe Care representatives as the case may be).
[Print/Save or
write down all pertinent information i.e., Token No.,
Date, and Time Slot etc and bring it with
you to your appointment]
b. ID Proof (PAN, UID, DL etc)
7.Can I schedule more than one
appointment on a single day for the same property?
No, you may schedule only one appointment for a particular property/Unit for a
particular date & time slot. That means a single appointment can be scheduled
for a property for a particular date.
8. Can I schedule an appointment for more than one property on a single day?
Yes, you may schedule an appointment for more than one property on a single date
for different time slots using the Online Appointment(s)
Service.
9. What hours and days of the week are appointments available?
Appointment can be scheduled for all Working days
except National holidays, Sunday and second
Saturday of every month.
10. I need to come into an Omaxe office today. Can I make an appointment for
today?
No, same day appointments are not available online or by Call at this time.
Appointment can be scheduled two working days in advance from desired date of
appointment. For
example: On 14th Jan, appointment
can be scheduled for 16th Jan* & Onwards
but upto 13th Feb. [*Subject to National Holidays, Sunday and Second
Saturday of every month.]
But depending upon the urgency of case you may directly visit our customer care
office as “Direct Walk-ins”. In such cases benefits of Scheduled appointment may
not be available.
11. How far in advance can I schedule an
appointment?
You may schedule an appointment up to 30 days
(maximum) in advance. For
example: On 25th Jan, appointment
can be scheduled upto 24th Feb. [Subject to National Holidays, Sunday and
Second Saturday of every month.]
12. Why is a contact (Tel, mob) number required to
make an appointment?
A telephone/mob number is required for confirmation purposes, and in case the
department needs to contact you to reschedule your appointment.
13. I am having trouble finding a convenient
appointment date. What should I do?
Appointments are based upon availability (Date & Time Slots). Try searching for
other available appointments date & time slots.
14. After searching for a more suitable
appointment date/time slots, I decided to accept the first appointment that I
was offered. But when I tried to schedule the appointment, the system said the
appointment date/time is no longer available. What happened?
Selected appointment date/time slot that are not accepted on final submission of
appointment details, has been occupied by other customers due to delay in
submission by you.
As no. of appointments for each & every time slot is limited, allotment of time
slots is based on first come first serve policy.
15. I am unable to print my appointment Token slip. Will my appointment be
valid?
Yes, your appointment will be valid even if you have trouble printing the
appointment token slip. Please write down all pertinent information (Token
No., Date, and Time Slot etc) and bring it with
you to your appointment.
16. I am not sure that my online appointment was confirmed. Is there a way to
check?
Yes, use the "View Appointment"
option on the header of Home Page of the Online Appointment service.
Fill Customer ID,Customer Name,
Appointment Date
and Token No.
to view the details of appointment scheduled.
17. Can I view an existing appointment or cancel an appointment over the
Internet?
Yes,
use the "View Appointment"
option on the header of Home Page of the Online Appointment service.
First fill the
Customer ID,
Customer Name, ,Appointment Date
and Token No.
to view the details of appointment scheduled then Click “Cancel this Appointment” to
cancel the existing appointment.
18. If I made an appointment by
telephone or in person, can I still cancel the appointment online?
Yes, use the "View
Appointment" option on the header of Home Page of the
Online Appointment service. First fill the
Customer ID,Customer Name,
Appointment Date and
Token No.
to view the details of appointment scheduled then Click “Cancel this Appointment” to
cancel the existing appointment.
